Training. 
We think people learn best by doing, so our training is incredibly practical, using people's real everyday writing to build their confidence and creativity. Our trainers are all business writers, and we tailor it in three ways.

First, to the size of the group. We usually work with groups of around 8-10 people, though we do plenty of one-to-one coaching and the occasional seminar to hundreds.

Secondly, to the brand you're writing for, or the type of writing you're doing. That could be to bring to life a brand's tone of voice, or to focus on writing letters, press releases, reports, proposals, websites, speeches, or whatever else you're interested in.

Finally, to the time and format you've got to work with. Usually we work in half-day chunks, but we also do one hour ‘bites', year-long programmes, and regular week-long residential courses.
