Email us to book a place.

Who's it for?
Anyone who has to write as part of their job (and that's most of us). We get participants from different sorts of organisations with different jobs. But each person works on, and gets feedback on, a piece of writing that's relevant to them, so although we talk about some general principles of more engaging writing, we can look at specific detail too.

Who runs it?
They're run by Neil Taylor and John Simmons, author of We, Me, Them and It, The Invisible Grail and Dark Angels. All are business bestsellers, and they've set the agenda on improving the way organisations get their message across through writing.

What does it cover?
Each morning is made up of inspiration, enlightenment and practical exercises, designed to show:

• We can all write clearly, concisely, and with more punch
• We can all be passionate about the words we use
• We can make our business writing more engaging and effective by approaching it differently
• We can improve our business writing by making it more human, and telling better stories
• We can write in a style that's not our own – to bring to life a brand or an organisation's philosophy

We'd love you to come along and try it out. If you still need convincing, have a look at what other people have had to say.

Brilliant. I thought this morning was great. Not only was it enjoyable, but it was stimulating and thought provoking (I've already recommended the course to someone!!). At the start of the morning the prospect of three and a half hours was a bit … And I thought I would do a lot of doodling on my pad – but the time whizzed past. John was superb in keeping people's attention – the pace and content were great – in fact I could have spent the whole day there!!
Katie Frankel, Investor Relations Consultant

I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's course and consequently have been waxing lyrical to all who cross my path ever since. I feel much more confident than I did at the outset. Writers can find they become stale, and this is a very engaging and encouraging way of learning more.
Lucy Kay, Internal Communications, Rufus Leonard

I feel more informed about ways to achieve effective writing. It is a must for anyone in communications and always good to refresh.
Joe Everton, Marketing Communications Executive, Institution of Civil Engineers
