Thought it was great. Alex (Neil? - ed) was very engaging, encouraging and it was directly relevant to our work.
- He was also v good at keeping energy levels up!

Brilliant. Very engaging and informative
I found it very helpful. The trainer was very engaging and made the session enjoyable. I liked the way that there was a practical element to it and also that we were able to use our own speeches during discussions and when applying knowledge. I thought it was additionally helpful as it generated discussions amongst the team about how we write things and how that could change, and the fact Natalie was there was good for that too.
Looking to seeing in the second session how to put points run through today into practice a bit more.

I thought it was really good. Very practical and helpful but also Neil made it really interesting and fun – he's an excellent trainer.
I didn't really know what to expect, but it was a really good mix of practical advice and discussion/theory – it was helpful that everyone on the course was from our team (+Nat) so we could freely discuss our events without worrying if it is relevant to everyone on the course.
I really enjoyed it,
